About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Analyst to support the Sales Surveillance team in speech analytics testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and AI-driven initiatives. This role will be responsible for validating speech-to-text outputs, supporting testing activities, performing data analysis, and contributing to technology enhancement projects within the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure the accuracy of speech recognition solutions, support GenAI initiatives, and provide reporting and analytical support to facilitate effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Surveillance team in testing and validating speech-to-text models using the bank's speech analytics applications.
• Review, verify, and update speech-to-text outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and document testing outcomes, observations, and recommendations.
• Conduct role-play voice recording exercises using prescribed scripts to support speech recognition model testing and validation.
• Review and validate speech-to-text outputs generated from customer and sales interaction recordings to assess transcription accuracy and model performance.
• Analyze transcripts and identify recognition errors, pronunciation variations, transcription discrepancies, and potential areas for model improvement.
• Support testing and validation activities involving customer and sales interaction recordings.
• Prepare analytical reports and provide feedback on model performance, testing outcomes, and accuracy levels.
• Assist the Sales Surveillance team in GenAI-related projects, including testing, validation, data reviews, and implementation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of testing activities, findings, issue logs, and project updates.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and project stakeholders to support solution enhancements and implementation activities.
• Assist with data gathering, reporting, analysis, and business support activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or any related discipline.
• Prior experience in operations, testing, UAT, business support, or project coordination is good to have.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to review and validate large volumes of information accurately.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
